Here is the class schedule and pricing for the Winter Session: Gentle Yoga: Mondays: 5:30 - 6:30 Tuesdays: 4:45 - 5:45 Wednesdays: 7 - 8:00 Restorative Yoga for Relaxation & Healing: Tuesdays: 12:00 - 1:00 (lunch hour), restorative yoga is a very gentle and passive type of yoga that includes gentle stretches and deep relaxation. It is suitable for people of all ages. Enjoy unlimited access to all available yoga classes for a special 'Winter Season Deal' of $200.00!

Cost: for a 12 week session at $144.00 or $15.00 drop in
